The Protocol (simplified)

By reducing carbohydrates, which is your body’s go-to fuel source, you give your pancreas a rest and naturally force your body into a state of “ketosis”; where you switch from burning sugar to burning stored fat. Most diets only focus on the scale and don’t discriminate between fat and muscle loss which ultimately creates a slower metabolism.
