Ingredients
  1. 1 Celery root, cut like french fries
  2. 2 Tsp Cumin powder
  3. 1 Tsp Paprika
  4. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  5. 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  6. 1 Tsp Grape seed oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 450F, place the fries on a baking sheet and sprinkle seasonings on top, mix well.
  2. Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes in the oven, turning half way through.
  3. Once the fries are well cooked, drizzle with oil.

  1. 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  2. 1/3 cup sweetner
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  4. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 2 pounds cucumbers - halved, seeded, and sliced
  7. 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  8. 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
  9. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  10. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  11. 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts (phase 4)
  12. fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the vinegar, sweetner, coriander, red pepper flakes, and salt in a salad bowl until the sweetnerr is dissolved. Stir in the cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and chopped mint, and toss to coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors.
  2. Before serving, toss again with chopped peanuts (Phase 4), and garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.

  5. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  6. 3 cups chopped cauliflower florets, (about 1/2 large head)
  7. 2 cups chopped heart of romaine
  8. 1 tart-sweet red apple, chopped

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, shallot, caraway seeds (if using) and pepper in a large bowl until smooth. Add cauliflower, romaine and apple; toss to coat.

  1. 4 cups of cauliflower florets
  2. 1/3 cup WF mayo
  3. 1 clove garlic, peeled
  4. 1 Tbsp water
  5. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  6. 1/8 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  8. 1/2tsp lemon (or lime) zest
  9. 1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
  1. Combine the cauliflower, mayo, garlic, water,salt and pepper in a large microwave safe bowl, stirring to coat. Microwave on high for 12-15 min ( or longer), until completely softened. Add the cooked mixture to a magic bullet or food processor and puree until smooth. Add the lemon juice, zest and chives and pulse until combined. Serve warm

  1. 1 head Cauliflower, medium
  2. 1 tsp Ginger Root, grated or paste
  3. 1 whole Green Chilies, chopped
  4. 1 tsp Whole Cumin Seed
  5. 1 whole Whole Cinnamon Stick
  6. 1 whole Cardamom Seed
  7. 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  9. 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  10. 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped, to garnish

Instructions
  1. Cut the head of cauliflower into quarters, then trim out the inner core from each quarter. Break apart the cauliflower into large florets with your hands.
  2. Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor. Don't fill the food processor more than 3/4 full; if necessary, process in 2-3 batches. Alternatively, you can grate the florets on the large holes of a box grater.
  3. Pulse in one-second intervals until the cauliflower pieces are about the size of grains of rice, more or less.
  4. In a deep frying pan heat some olive oil. Add cumin seeds, green cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves. After few seconds cumin seeds will start sizzle. Add green chilli and ginger paste, stir fry for 1 minute, on medium heat.
  5. Add the cauliflower and salt. Stir fry for 8-10 minutes until the cauliflower gets tender and cooked.
  6. Lastly, add lemon/lime juice, mix well and close the heat. Garnish with fresh coriander/cilantro leaves.

  1. 2 Green Onion
  2. 4 cup Broccoli, grated
  3. 1/2 head Red Cabbage, grated
  4. 1 Tbsp Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice 1/2 of a red cabbage using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Using a grater or food processor, grate broccoli to uniform small chunks.
  3. Chop green onions into 1/4-inch pieces.
  4. Toss everything together with the Asian ginger dressing.
  5. Serve.

  1. 1 cup Cherry Tomato
  2. 1 1/2 cup Cucumber
  3. 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. 1/2 head Cauliflower
  5. 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  6. 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
  7. 2 whole Green Onion
  8. 2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
  9. 3 whole Radish
  10. 1 whole Lime, juice
Instructions
  1. Grate cauliflower.
  2. Place in a bowl, and microwave for 45 seconds on high.
  3. Rinse all vegetables, and cut into 1/2-inch chunks.
  4. Add chopped vegetables to grated cauliflower.
  5. Add in parsley, and stir.
  6. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and squeeze the juice of 1 lime over salad.
  7. Toss to mix and serve.

  1. 1 large Rutabaga, peeled and cut into wedges or french fry sticks
  2. 2 egg whites
  3. 2 tsp dried onion powder
  4. 1 tsp dried garlic powder
  5. sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F
  2. Place two egg whites in bowl, and whisk briskly, add onion powder & garlic powder and whisk again. Pour contents into large plastic zip lock bag.
  3. Placed peeled and sliced rutabaga into bag toss together until the fries are thoroughly coated with seasonings.
  4. Spread fries on a non stick baking sheet
  5. Place in oven for approx 25-30 minutes, turn fries on baking sheet after about 12 minutes continue to cook until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
