Ingredients
  1. 1 Table spoon of Olive Oil
  2. 1 Large onion, chopped
  3. 2 cloves of garlic minced
  4. 12.3 ounce package firm or extra firm silken tofu
  5. 1/4 cup firmly packed sun-dried tomatoes
  6. Juice of 1/2 lemon, or more to taste
  7. 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  8. 1/2 teaspooon ground cumin
  9. 1 Tablespoon fresh dill leaves, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
  10. 1/4 Teaspoon dried thyme
  11. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add the onion and sauté onion over meduim heat until translucent. Add the garlic and contunue to sauté until the onion is just beginning to brown.
  2. Combine the onion mixture with all remaining ingredients except the salt and pepper in the container of a food processor and process until completely smooth. Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of water or so, to loosen the consistency. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pat into an shallow crock to serve. Place in the center of a platter surrounded by crackers and veggies for dipping.
Notes
  1. 4 Tablespoons = 2 oz of Protein

Ingredients
  1. 1IP Broccoli Cheese Soup
  2. 1 Ip Crispy Cereal
  3. 2 Tsp Bakin Powder
  4. 1/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  5. 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  6. 1/8 Tsp Onion Salt
  7. Pinch of IP Salt
  8. 1/3 C liquid Egg White
  9. 1/4 C Skim Milk
  10. 2 Tsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a meduim mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients first. Add wet ingredients and stir to incorporate.
  3. Pour into sprayed mini loaf pans.
  4. Bake @350 for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
  1. Makes a great side with soup and / or salad. Or toast slices lightly in toaster for a slider bun.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Pkg Chocolate Drink
  2. 1- 2 Egg whites
  3. 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  5. 1 Tsp of Splenda or Stevia (optional)
  6. 1 Splash of Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Put the powdered drink mix into a BIG MUG.
  2. Add enough water to bring it to a slightly watery pudding consistency (around 4-6 oz).
  3. Add all the other ingredients (egg white, baking powder, oil, sweetener and vanilla).
  4. Mix vigorously with a fork until silky smooth.
  5. Place the mug in the microwave for approx. 2 minutes on top of a large plate.
  6. Top off with Waldens Chocolate Syrup for an even more decadent treat!
Notes
  1. Microwave times my vary, we would like to suggest putting your microwave on Medium as this recipe has a tendency to spill over.
