Chocolate - Strawberry Cake

- 1 pk of IP Chocolate Pancake mix
- 1/4 cup of water (50 ml)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms Srawberry Spread (30 ml)
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms Chocolate Dip (10 ml)
- In a meduim bow, mix water, oilve oil, egg white and Chocolate Pancake mix.
- Pour mixture in a souffle mold and bake for 40 minutes at 400 F (200 C). Let cool and cut in two, horizontally.
- Top each half with strawberry spread. In a small bowl heat up chocolate dip in microwave for 30 seconds and serve with the cake ( for drizzle )
