Ingredients
  1. 1 pk of IP Chocolate Pancake mix
  2. 1/4 cup of water (50 ml)
  3. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (15 ml)
  4. 1 egg white
  5. 2 tbsp Walden Farms Srawberry Spread (30 ml)
  6. 2 tbsp Walden Farms Chocolate Dip (10 ml)
Instructions
  1. In a meduim bow, mix water, oilve oil, egg white and Chocolate Pancake mix.
  2. Pour mixture in a souffle mold and bake for 40 minutes at 400 F (200 C). Let cool and cut in two, horizontally.
  3. Top each half with strawberry spread. In a small bowl heat up chocolate dip in microwave for 30 seconds and serve with the cake ( for drizzle )

  2. 1 pk of IP Peach Mango Drink
Instructions
  1. Mix the Raspberry Gelatin and the Peach Mango Drink in a bowl. Refrigerate until solid or freez for an Ideal Protein Popsicle!!
  2. It should separate into 3 ' Sunrise ' colors. Delicious enough to serve to guests.

  1. 1 Pk Mug cake
  2. 1 Pk Banana Pudding mix
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. 1 tsp oil
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1-2 tablespoons of water to make a batter consistency
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and lightly spray mini loaf tin with olive oil.
  2. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min. Let cool and enjoy!
Notes
  1. MAKES 4 LOAFS
  2. 2 Loafs = 1 IP meal

  2. ▪ ¼ cup water (50 ml)

  1. 1 pk Ideal Protein Drink Powder (any flavour)
  2. 1 pk Sweetener ( Surcralose or stevia)
  3. 1 oz skim milk
  4. 2 Tbsp Walden Syrup (Chocolate, Strawberry, Caramel, Etc.)
  5. 3 cups of ice cubes
  6. Mix in a powerful blender (Vita Mix, Ninja or Similar.) Voila! a huge bowlof delicious ice cream.
Instructions
  1. If you don't have a powerful blender follow these steps
  2. Mix drink powder, Vanilla extract, sweetner, amd water into a plastic baggie. In a separate larger bagggie mix: 1/2 course pickling salt and crush ice ( Cubes would also work). Put the little bag inside the bigger bag and have all the ice surround the little bag. Massage until it turns into ice cream.

  1. 2 Ideal Protein Caramel and Vanilla Flavored Protein Bars, chopped
  2. 4 tablespoons Ideal Protein Maple Flavored Syrup
  3. 8 neutral gelatin leaves
  4. ¼ cup hot water
  5. OR
  6. 16 g neutral gelatin, dissolved
  7. Gelatin Preparation
  8. Soak gelatin leaves in cold water between 3 to 5 minutes. Remove excess water from gelatin. Dissolve in ¼ cup of hot water.
  9. OR
  10. Follow powdered gelatin’s brand instructions.
Instructions
  1. In a blender, place chopped bars, syrup and gelatin. Cover; blend from 3 to 5 minutes or until liquid and smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in plastic-wrapped containers, and refrigerate overnight.

  1. 3 1/2 cups zucchini (peeled, seeded and chopped)
  2. 5 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  3. 1/2 cup sweetener
  4. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp groung nutmeg
  6. 1/4 tsp allspice
Instructions
  1. Put the zucchini and lemon juice in a medium saucepan with lid. Cook covered over medium heat stirring occasionally. Cook around 10 minutes or until the zucchini is tender, then stir in sweetener and spices. Cook for about another minute, and enjoy this sweet treat! Serve with an Ideal Protein vanilla pudding ( frozen or cold). you may even want to add some rhubarb to the pie filling.

  2. 1 packet IP Butterscotch Pudding
  3. 1 oz water
  4. 1 oz egg white
  5. Pumpkin pie spice to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spray mini muffin tin with Pam.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough in the muffin pan.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
