Ingredients
  1. 250ml of Soda water such as Perrier or Pellegrino
  2. 2-3 tbsp Walden Farms Strawberry Syrup (available at VB)
  3. 3-4 drops of freshly squeezed lemon
Instructions
  1. In a tall glass, pour in all ingredients over ice and stir.
  2. Optional: for extra sweetness, add Splenda. For tang, add a few drops of freshly squeezed ginger.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge on the side of your glass. Enjoy!

  1. Spice up your vanilla pudding or drink mix by brewing a strong cup (5 oz) of Chai tea (preferably decaffeinated) . Then, let it chill. Mix the content of 1 Ideal Protein Vanilla pudding or drink with the chilled Chai tea, instead of water. Shake vigorously in a sealed jar till bubbly. Enjoy! Explore the endless possibilities of aromas: green tea, jasmine, rose tea, lemon, hibiscus flower, Earl Grey, orange flower, lemon grass, rosemary, etc.
Notes
  1. Note: Be sure to drink 2 additional 8 oz glasses of water for every cup of caffeinated tea or coffee.

  3. 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  4. 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  5. Generous dash of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Whisk or blend together the vanilla drink, syrup, spice, and coffee. Proceed until smooth, adding coffee for a thinner consistency. Pour into mug, heat gently, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  2. 1 tsp Mint Extract
  3. 1 Shot of Espresso
  4. Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. For those of you who want to add a little more “green” to your drink, you can add 1/2 cup of spinach. You can also make this a warm beverage for the coming fall months!
