  2. Cauliflower

  4. Red and Yellow Peppers

  6. Walden Farms Mayo
  1. Roll out seaweed onto sushi mat
  2. Get cauliflower and chop it in the food procdssor to make it small like rice or use a grater.
  3. Put in enough Walden Farms Mayo into the cauliflower just to make it a "sticky texture". Start with 1/2 tablespoon then work up depending on the amount of cauliflower you aare using.
  4. Chop up your favorite vegetables and lay them out.
  5. Begin to roll up the entire ingredients using the mat and cut sushi into bite sized pieces.
  1. Remember you are allowed soy sauce for added flavor. Another option would be ot add your lean protein ( crab, tuna, shrimp) and have this as your dinner meal!
