Tofu Curry Dip with Chives

  1. 1/2 pound silken tofu
  2. 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  3. 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  4. 2 Teaspoons curry Powder
  5. 1 1/2 Tablespoon low-sodium tamari
  6. 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  7. 1 Teaspoon Stevia
  1. Combine tofu, juice, tarmari, oil, stevia and curry powder in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in chives. Chill until ready to serve.
  1. 4 Tablespoons = 2 oz of protein
