Lamb Asparagus Stir-Fry

  1. 1 lb Ground Beef, or lamb
  2. 1Tbsp Oil
  3. 2 tsp Salt, divided
  4. 1 clove Garlic, pressed
  5. 1 tsp ground Ginger, minced
  6. 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  7. 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  8. 1/2 Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
  9. 2 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
  10. 1 lb Asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
  11. 1 head Cabbage, thinly sliced
  12. 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  1. Brown the ground meat in 1 tablespoon of Oil and with 1 teaspoon of salt, as well as the garlic, ginger, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the onions, mushrooms, and asparagus, and toss.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté the cabbage over medium heat in 1 tablespoon of oil, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt.
  5. Sprinkle the ground meat and veggies with low sodium soy sauce.
  6. When the cabbage noodles are soft, remove them from the heat, plate, and top with the meat and vegetables.
